CANADA SHIPPING
Tracked shipping across Canada typically ranges from $15–$25 CAD, depending on destination and package size. Exact shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

USA SHIPPING
Tracked shipping to the United States starts from approximately $30 CAD, depending on destination and package size. Exact shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Duties, taxes and import charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery or purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have all original tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, panties, thongs, bodysuits, and lingerie sets containing intimate bottoms are final sale. Sale and clearance items are also final sale.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Exchanges are subject to availability; if a replacement is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
