1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Fleurissence. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.fleurissence.ca (the "Website") and any related services, including in-home fittings, Try-at-Home services, Soft Room private events, and the Fleurissence Rewards Circle loyalty program (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase from the Website, or by using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Fleurissence ("we," "us," or "our").

2. About Fleurissence

Fleurissence is a private European lingerie boutique based in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. We curate authentic European lingerie, swimwear, and sleepwear.

3. Eligibility

To purchase from Fleurissence or use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your province or territory of residence (whichever is higher);

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;

  • Not be prohibited from receiving our products or Services under the laws of Canada or your jurisdiction of residence;

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or registering an account.

Fleurissence reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including where we suspect a violation of these Terms or applicable law.

4. Account Registration

You may browse the Website without creating an account. To make purchases, access your loyalty points, or save preferences, you may be required to create an account.

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information;

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials;

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account;

  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You may not create an account on behalf of another person without authorization, nor may you transfer your account to any other party.

5. Product Information & Pricing

5.1 Product descriptions and images

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, sizing, fabric details, and images as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors and digital displays, the actual colour, texture, or appearance of products may vary slightly from what is shown online.

5.2 European sizing

Fleurissence carries European lingerie. European sizing differs from Canadian, U.S., and U.K. sizing conventions. We provide sizing guides on the Website and offer personal sizing assistance via direct message or during private fittings. You are responsible for selecting the correct size at the time of purchase. We strongly recommend reviewing our sizing guidance or contacting us for help before placing an order, particularly for first-time customers.

5.3 Pricing

All prices on the Website are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes. Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 5% and Provincial Sales Tax (PST) of 7% will be added at checkout where applicable, in accordance with the laws of British Columbia and Canada.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.

5.4 Product availability

All products are subject to availability. We curate small, limited-quantity collections and individual pieces may sell out without notice. In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you to offer a substitute, store credit, or a full refund of the affected item.

6. Orders and Payment

6.1 Placing an order

When you place an order through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your cart subject to these Terms. An order is not accepted until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or violation of these Terms.

6.2 Payment methods

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Interac e-Transfer, and other methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full credit card details.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information provided is true and accurate.

6.3 Taxes

As a business registered for GST and PST in British Columbia, we collect and remit applicable sales taxes on all sales. The applicable tax rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

6.4 Order confirmation

Once your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with order details and an estimated shipping timeline. Please retain this confirmation for your records.
