Shipping Policy

At Fleurissence, we carefully prepare each order to ensure it arrives safely and discreetly. Below you’ll find shipping timelines, costs, and important details.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • Canada (all provinces and territories)

  • United States / International

 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times begin after your order ships:

  • Standard Shipping (Canada): 5-7 business days

  • Express Shipping (Canada): 1-3 business days

  • Local Pickup available

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, remote locations, or holiday volume.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: from $24

  • Free Shipping: available on orders over $230 (before taxes, after discounts)

  • Express Shipping: shown at checkout (if available)

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging. The shipping label will not disclose the contents. We take your privacy seriously.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email (if tracking is provided by the carrier).
If you don’t receive tracking within [X] business days, please contact us at info@fleurissence.ca

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Fleurissence is not responsible for:

  • delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@fleurissence.ca. We will do our best to update your order before it ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the package is dispatched.

Undeliverable / Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, refused delivery, or not picked up), we can:

  • reship the order (additional shipping fees may apply), or

  • refund the order minus original shipping costs (if applicable)

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the packaging and item(s)

If a package is marked “delivered” but you have not received it, we recommend checking:

  • your building/concierge/mailroom

  • household members/neighbors

  • the carrier tracking details

Please contact us and we will assist with next steps. Fleurissence is not responsible for theft after delivery, but we will support you in filing a carrier claim when possible.

Duties & Taxes (if shipping outside Canada)

 International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.
