Shipping Within Canada

We currently offer delivery across Canada.

• Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days.

• Express Shipping (when available): 1–3 business days.
  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Local Pickup / Delivery (Vancouver & Lower Mainland)

We offer local pickup and, in some areas, private delivery arrangements.
Once your order is ready, we will contact you to schedule a time.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship worldwide.
International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.
Any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Fleurissence is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. If a parcel is delayed, we will support you in tracking and resolving the issue.
