For the safety and comfort of our clients:

Underwear, panties, bodysuits, and lingerie sets are final sale.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item that has been worn, tried on without protection, washed, or is not in its original condition.

Eligible Items for Exchange
Bras, loungewear, and sleepwear may be eligible for exchange for a different size if the item:

Is unworn

Has all original tags and packaging

Shows no perfume, makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear

Is returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup
Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.

Defective or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect every piece before it leaves us.
However, if you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us at fleurissence@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.
